| No refunds are made once a product has been shipped. Upon receipt of a damaged,opened, or incorrect product:
1. Do not use the medication and/or product.
2. Call or email and notify us of the damage immediately.
3. Take a digital photo of package and product or take a normal photo and scan and send to support@professionalmedsonline.com.
4. Dispose of the medication and/or product in a safe manner.
A new package will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the above information.
If your order has not been shipped within 5 business days you will be refunded 100%. |
